JavaScript

I don't really think anyone is looking at this, but I'm doing a deep dive in JavaScript.  I really really really like web development, but I need a better grasp of the nuts and bolts.  I have Django down to a point where I can make posts happen and stuff but when they change things on me it rattles the whole world.  Also I've taken pieces of different tutorials and fit them together without 100% comprehension of what I am doing. so when it's time to make my own function or class I'm sort of at a loss, but everyday it is getting better.  If you want my advice and I realize you didn't ask, but you should get a good grasp of HTML and CSS where you can make things visualize any way you want.  Then I highly recommend JavaScript, front end vanilla particularly.  Node is on the way and frameworks like Vue.js or React, also Deno looks good however don't write of Node just yet, my point is if you are new.  Spend the first month getting the full hang of HTML and CSS, then if you have to work on Javascript for a full year before you try to do the heavy lifting of node or django or php.  I was very impatient in this whole process, and in the long run I feel I have lost 2 years because I am back to square 1 of really trying to understand vanilla Javascript, I should also add most of you are probably a lot more intellegent than I so you probably don't need more than 2 months on JavaScript before you move forward, but the point is really understand things before you press on.
