Looking at Node

I am looking at nodejs again, it's very cool, there is so much to learn though in another framework.  There are also no guarentees at launch time that the picture files are going to work any better so, I may be wasting a whole bunch of time, but I truly believe when you are learning something you are never wasting time.  Node has a lot of possibilities, it can make other types of apps as well thanks to the V8 engine.  I have at this time no idea how to get there and make that happen, and we all know python has a bunch of other uses aside from Django, so none of this as far as I'm concerned has been a waste.  We must always push to get better.
